This way, the Waqf Board will generate annual income, which can then be used to support the marriage of underprivileged girls and the education of orphans and needy children. This data should be made public.

Employment centers should be established on Waqf properties to provide job opportunities for young people.

Many mutawallis (caretakers) misuse their authority by handing over Waqf properties to their close friends and relatives. Therefore, the powers of mutawallis should be reduced, and a committee should be formed for decision-making on every issue.

The supervision of Waqf properties should be under the District Officer to prevent unauthorized possession by any individual.

A dedicated court should be established for Waqf-related issues so that a poor person can go to court to claim their rights.

Once a property is waqfed (donated to Waqf), no individual should be able to reclaim it, nor should their family or close relatives claim ownership.

The Waqf Board has a large amount of property, and thus it should actively participate in social work.
